Janet Gourand developed the idea for "Fresh Attitude" as she was recovering from breast cancer.
Her diagnosis resulted in a drastic change from her "work hard, play hard" lifestyle. Living in Cape Town gave Janet access to many alternative therapies which she undertook with enthusiasm alongside the more conventional cancer therapies. She has taken the best of the treatments which she found together with the latest knowledge regarding nutrition and has designed a retreat which will give renewed vitality and a "fresh attitude" to the participants.
