Wake up gently with Tamsin's yoga and breathing class before a delicious healthy breakfast...after breakfast join Janet for an informal presentation and discussion on the day's health and fitness topic...then it will be time to sip a freshly made vegetable juice as you watch Tom demonstrating some delicious and healthy recipes for lunch.
After lunch take time for a nap in your room or take a swim or Jacuzzi. Then meet up with Cate who will offer you a massage, reiki or reflexology treatment.
Tamsin will be taking a yoga / lymphasising class in the late afternoon to give you an opportunity to stretch your body and get your lymph system moving by bouncing on a rebounder – an activity you will be encouraged to do throughout the day...then its time for a delicious vegetarian dinner washed down with a glass of the finest organic red wine in the region.
Evening activities will include guest speakers, health related DVD's and a drum circle.
